Maybe this too should be tested on the public, same as other cancer fighting drugs. Is it in conjunction with kemo or radiation of sorts? Or a last chance bit? Then if it kills you, since the company is owned by that killer pharma named MERCK, they can say it was the cancer and you didn't stand a chance anyway!
