After being recommended Red Yeast Rice to lower my cholesterol, I decided to try it for 4 weeks. After the trial period, the Red Yeast Rice caused certain numbers in my blood works to elevate to extremely high numbers. Evidently, Red Yeast Rice doesn't benefit everyone.
