Gambler with Broward ties, and an order for his arrest, in World Series of Poker final
David 'Chino' Rheem, who played poker in South Florida in the early 2000s, beat out 6,835 players to make the final table in the World Series of Poker's main event.
If he outlasts eight other players in the final that starts Nov. 9, he'll win $9.1 million.
Former Seminole Hollywood Casino poker manager Steve Watkins said Rheem, 28, learned to play soon after he turned the legal casino poker age of 18. The games included Michael 'The Grinder' Mizrachi, a former Seminole Classic dealer now among the world's top players.
