Here in South Africa we find blacks accusing whites for being racists. I agree, sometimes whites think they are back in the apartheid era and go beyond he constitution's borders.

The government should tax the rich ( who irreponsibly plundered S.A's resources) and fund development in area's that were deprived due to Historical injustices.In S.A being a minority was position of priveldge ( in many respects still is) you cannot compare this to the U.S situation --where being in the minority is definately not being priviledged.

As a teacher in an all black H.S. I really hit a culture shock.

Yes there is anger.
Yes there is violence.
And, Yes I have been violated.
Can a white exist in a black culture? Absolutely.

Much of anger is based on fear.

When I'm threatened (which is daily) I can't shrink away.

I accept it.

It's real.

I only ask, leave bruises and blood so I can get a ticket out if only for a couple of days.

Truth is the black teachers have it much harder.

Thats being greedy. Don't get me wrong but do you understnad that one has to help the other in times of distress.

Its good to share your business with some people if its for good purposes in terms of moneywise.
