Great stuff. So now the anc throws the presumption of innocence out the window. They also throw the "Nemo Iudex" principle out with the garbage.
This is a sad reflection on the appalling failures of this wonderful and much revered anc government.
When a government minister suggests throwing out the rule book then this is nothing less than anarchy.

In any decent country, the anc would be forced to resign as they are simply totally incompetent, but SA under the anc has ceased to be a decent country for ALL races.

Well that's the problem we live in a single party state whose motivation seems to be driven by self-fulfilling greed. Enrich your mates, forget about the poor and merily go on your way making laughable statements like the one that sparked this thread. What next??

I think the police would be much more effective if they had vehicles that could actually take them to the scene of a crime.

who you going to shoot if you're sitting in the police station watching 'Desperate Housewives'

...and then it's only a matter of time before they shoot to kill you for your money and your vehicle, your mobile and your watch...when no-one's looking, that is, or else they get shot too.
...and then before we know it everyone will be shooting to kill and getting shot and killed.
throw out the rule book!(what rule book)?
let the games begin!
