Quota home project gets green light

“For a R180 000 home occupants will be paying no less than R1 900 a month, excluding lights and water. I have a feeling they are not going to be accepted by the banks”

The eThekwini Council has given the green light to a new housing project that will see thousands of medium-income homes being built near various suburbs. via Pretoria News
