Bribery is a big problem in VN and it needs to be solved. But we are talking about doing charities here and show me proof that charities are severely affected by bribery or corruption. I am raising money from all of my friends and everybody that i know. Would anybody 'please' tell me ;How many Orphanage House are there in HCMcity or close to it? Beside the 2 Leprosy place that i found out, are there many more of the Leprosy Places too?

Please note that I'm doing this for young innocent little abandon children and the sick. Just for the people that need care and if we all don't help, the gorvt. there won't do anything at all anywayz. And plus this is for my children to experience the unfortunate and to feel appreciate life.

Yes i know there will be alot of those unfortunate places. And yes, i've been trying to do alot of research myself, but i still need to find out how much i needed to be able to help out. so that i can get it from my comrade too. i actually still have 6 months to do all of that.

It will be a money pit so you have to set a goal and limit yourselves to that goal.
It is sad but you have to put your emotion aside in doing it.
My philosophy now is instead of giving them rice for one meal. I am teaching them how to farm!
I am sponsoring a lot of poor and unfortunate kids who proof to me that they one to make a diff.
I am giving them scholarships until K12. This is on yearly basic and they have to give me there progress and report cards at the end of every school year. I can, I will and I did cancel a few if they didn’t try.
Remember don’t put your emotion into it.
