Quan Hoang wrote: <quoted text> Why do you want to discuss Vietnam while you are in America?! HYPOCRITE yourself! Telling the truth is NOT propaganda. Telling lies and hearsays and misleading people for thinking of them as truth IS propaganda! Everything the VNCH-remnants say about VN is PROPAGANDA, get it, idiot?! Bribery is a big problem in VN and it needs to be solved. But we are talking about doing charities here and show me proof that charities are severely affected by bribery or corruption. If you can't prove it, keep it for yourself and stop spreading lies. Corruptions happen all over the world, including in those countries that are considered "democratic", to a lesser extent, of course. I am not using that as an excuse for corruptions in VN but a big problem like that takes time to solve, not overnight. The fact that every newspaper in VN talks about it daily is a good sign that the government is exposing the problem and searching for its solution. LOL. Are you hypocrite with yourself or procrastination? There are 32 years after the war ended, corruption could not be fixed. Look back South Korea, Germany, Japan, after 30 years, was there any corruption happened like under VCP leadership? Corruption increased like skyrocket and happened to all VCP members. By the way, here is another interesting link ( I think this time you will call US imperialist propaganda ) http://pgi-issues.com/0201/articles0201/Corru... . Btw , here is the truth about adoption bribery "Others may not do a lot of adoptions and not be clear on the process. Or some officials may request a bribe for their signature, and when adoption agencies are unwilling to pay, the adoption paperwork sits on a desk. " http://www.adoptionbuzz.org/adoptionbuzz/viet... Anyway, you did admit that there is CORRUPTION in Vietnam. This is a good news since "how to deal with corruption in VN" will be in the process list to help orphans in VN. Good job after all. Thanks to admit after long conversation and I know this VCP procedure before you guy admit the TRUTH.

Go home to your VNCH dad and cry a river on the loss of VNCH 32 years ago okay?! Don't be mad and lame on people. Just state the fact and truth then the conversation is more fun. Laming, liar will end up no where. It is only show the truth that you belongs to VCP mafioso member not regular binding citizen. Do you know what is that mean? You belong to Corruption organization and use Vendetta to achieve your goal? Think about it

As I said, between the 2 devils, VNCH remnants are the worst. I don't believe you ran out of patience. I did not see an analogy, a compelling fact, an interesting paradox, a quote, a short anecdote to support to your VCP standing point or your VCP belief. I only see you could not persuade, convince and influence the democratic audiences to think something you want them to think and do something you want them to do. I see the only thing you do is laming people with short temper. It prevails that your point across is not valid but NULL/hollow and ALTRUISTICLY follow a non-practical, obsolete ideology which benefice a mafioso PYRAMID system as VCP

The patients there are so bored, they would be very happy to see any stranger that comes along and say hello. When you bought them foods, you should see the glow on their faces, fill with happyness and joy. Please don't buy them noodles, because no one will cook for them. Just got back from vn 2 weeks ago.

VC are free to rob the people white, but they show a little bit of humaninty by allowing good people around the world going there to help those who were robbed. Tito has a vision, stupid but good hearted dumbos don't have it.

It will be a money pit so you have to set a goal and limit yourselves to that goal. It is sad but you have to put your emotion aside in doing it. My philosophy now is instead of giving them rice for one meal. I am teaching them how to farm! I am sponsoring a lot of poor and unfortunate kids who proof to me that they one to make a diff. I am giving them scholarships until K12. This is on yearly basic and they have to give me there progress and report cards at the end of every school year. I can, I will and I did cancel a few if they didn’t try. Remember don’t put your emotion into it.
