Vietnam donates 5,000 tons of rice to typhoon-hit North Korea

Kim Yong Nam, Chairman of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's Supreme People's Assembly , meets with Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in Hanoi on August 7. Vietnam's government has decided to donate 5,000 tons of rice to help North Korea recover from recent natural disasters.

Why didn't Government of VN help out Over sea Viet BUMS like...UKBUM? He coudn't afford to buy a bag of 10-kg rice from monthly welfare check, but collect whatever is left over from restaurants of ChinkTown in UK every week. If those farmers of vn knew this, they would laugh their asses off. Wahahaahhahhaa! I am an ex-farmer...

He wouldn't know the difference b/t " donate" and "beg". One thing he knows for sure is His Mama voluntarily came in CRBay begging her body to US GIs in return for a few loaves of breads. So he would think the same thing like that. He wouldn't know donation asks for no return.
