Now it is the opportunity to get closer to China with one more step forward. Instead of simply staying a member of the intergovernmental mutual security pact, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, move one step forward and become full member to share the Chinese commonwealth by becoming a partner with China under the 'One Country, Two Systems' policy, like Hong Kong.

The mutual security pact is already half of the total membership. The other half the foreign representation.

In fact, for their prosperity and convenience, all the Central Asia countries,Kazakhstan, Krrgyzstan,Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbajan, Armenia, Georgia, should join in.
