As I have heard,after changing Uzbek passports ,the OVIR will be illimenated ! Is it true ???

I am a Nepalese citizen. i have been here in uzbekstan for 12 days. my return tickets are in 13th sep 2012 and my visa expires on 14th sep 2012. if i want to stay one week more, can i extend my visa for one more week? please help me.
