The power house is an eyesore but it has been allowed to become that way by the owner in order to allow development. This site could be used as a nature reserve not as a place to live if you want to get flooded out. Dirty dealing are afoot and they need to be exposed.

Concerned neighbour, a nature reserve is never going to happen, unless your going to fund it! Putting houses on this land will make this area a much nicer place to live in and to look at.
