We'll for 30 years they have been used in the occupied 6 counties, were 17 civilians have been killed by these killer guns and thousands injured by the British, while they have not been allowed to be used on the streets of Britain.
Is it that an Irish life is not worth a feck to your British Government?

Yesterday, 12-6-2013 Mark Durkan MP attacked the British Government after confidential papers from 30 years ago were discovered. These secret papers proved that these weapons were untrustworthy and likely to cause serious injury or death, yet your Government kept this information covered up, while these weapons were being used amply on the streets of the occupied six counties!

Discrimination and Cover ups by the British!

Britain must face 21 century facts.Gone are the days of the neighborhood"bob". "Off with you, now"is not enough to deal with the problems caused by mass immigration from third world countries where the rule of law is who possesses superior firepower. These countries are not educated in the foundations of western civilization, paticularly the rule of law.

The English police are too namby pamby.

In Ireland the police are unarmed, but have a sort of stern aura about them. No fcuking about. I don't think you need to be armed to get your point across, not in Europe anyway.

Here is a video of them knocking the sh*te out of a bunch of English hooligans. Skip to 5.00 in the video.

Some of these hooligans complained of ''police brutality'' while in court the next day. Just goes to show the namby pamby soft touch attitude they were used to in England.

Guns aren't needed by regular police. A riotous group being stopped in their tracks without guns merely proves this.

Disgraceful scenes not by English Football Fans, Dubs, but by COMBAT18, a now defunct English Nazi group. I remember this match well, and the outcry of these supposedly fans after the Garda trounced them and sent them on there moaning way! I think afterwards that many were very sorry, that they had started a riot on Irish soil.

Fair play to the Garda that night, they took no shit from these Nazi idiots. I think I remember reading or heard from some-where that some these Nazis after being arrested were to be heard crying in police station cells, before being taken to court in the morning.

While I dislike violence of any kind, for Nazis I will make an exception...LOL. I would have preferred that the Irish fans were set lose on these Nazi idiots, they would have gotten more than a bloodied head, I am sure.
These morons did not represent the genuine English football fan or people, they were just a bunch of fascist thugs, who got what was coming to them!

Yeah they were downright idiots. The English did well to root that lot out of their game, they are reaping the benefits for it now in the Premier League. See the match at Wembley? The Irish anthem was respected by the whole crowd. It was heartening to say the least, then again the rugby teams play every year and the anthems are always respected.

Yeah I saw a report from a paper at the time I dug up on the internet saying one of them was crying in court. Some of this lot were middle class, had decent jobs etc but liked a punch up at a football match.

Exactly this lot did a massive disservice to the ordinary English football fan, the likes of the lads who go out and support the lower league teams week in week out.

Believe it or not mate I've become a bit fed up with the Premier League. In that I'm not paying that money to watch it live, will watch the highlights and nip into the pub for one or two of the big United matches. I've started watching Serie A as Setanta Ireland show that free, I'm following Juventus in Serie A the past couple of years can't wait for the new season....

Yeah it was big news at the time. The Gardai (Irish Police) can be accused by some of going ''overboard'' sometimes, but they usually do a good job of controlling riotous situations.

I feel a bit sorry for the English police though. Their hands are tied by the politicians. See the London riots for an example of it.

What are the police in the US like? They seem to be tough cookies?

Dubbadub. The US and it's people have a completely different mindset.Perhap it's the difference in living conditions/adequate space to live.In watching video of Britain,it seems that people are packed like sardines.Aside from the 60's demonstrations,an occasional riot,or the Boston bombing, you rarely see an overt display of Police force. One advantage to living here in the US is that there is plenty of space for the mugs to beat their brains out and it won't effect you.
