At the peak of inflation, the gov't was quick to import sugar which was duty free and it stablised the then escalating sugar prices, why then sing shortages when there is such an option? But because of the need for taxes and creating abnormal profits for local producers, we shall suffer more. The concerned should act however,we suspect a rat as "an excuse to justify Mabira giveaway"
