No its not.

Under international law, this is a terrorist act. Then again what else can be expected from a genocidal state like Turkey?

The real report is, after harassing and terrorizing the passengers and beating some of them up, they planted military parts on the plane and supposedly "found it", and made the pilot sign papers that it was an "emergency landing". There were children on board and witnessed the whole ugly scene for hours.

While Turkey thinks it is smart, half the plane were Russians, and one day Russia will give Turkey payback for this terrorist act.

Yes Turkey is a terrorist puppet government controlled by the american government and israel. The citizens of turkey must remove the american/israel puppet from power and take back their country.Turkey is allowing terrorist to live in turkey and be trained in turkey before funneling them to Syria to commit terrorist acts and mass murder. The american government and israel are the main backers of the terrorist on the ground in Syria just as they are in Libya.Russia and China should stand up and stop it period.Russia and China are both powerful countries and it is time they acted like it and stop the american government and israel and their world wide terrorist agenda.

Russia and Syria always have the right to appeal legal bodies of United Nations or to do what ever suits to their interests... The unchangable fact is that Turkey did it...

We are sorry for the children on board, but Syrian Airlines should make sure that they did not carry such a cargo in a flight with children passengers... Some candies to the children would do well though...

I agree that it could have been a plot, however, they sure made a point to Russia and Syria at the same time and it worked because it got the attention of both and showed that Turkey was not going to let them push Turkey around and I believe that was the point he was trying to make to the Turkish citizens.

The plane was flying through Turkey air space and they have every right to land the plane. As far as the violence to passengers you are full of crap, they were treated like anyone else and sent on their way several hours later untouched so why invent such lies? If you cannot read do not post, simple as that.

Very true, just like a police car parked on the highway is a deterant to speeding motorists, this display, I believe, was meant as a deterrant.

I understand you, your current situation allows you "to hope" only... And his agenda nowadays is to sell Syria with the highest possible price while it still makes couple of pennies...:)

I "hope" that diplomacy displaces bloodshed. I seriously doubt that the Turks want to tackle with Russia, or take any chances of an all out war with Syria and have to deal with those chemical and biological WMDs.

Yeah, we both know the result of a Turkish - Syrian war... Turkish army commander-in-chief will have his 5 o'clock tea in Assad's palace under a waving Turkish flag at the same day of the campaign...

Actually, those Turkish clowns would never survive an all out attack by Syria's WMDs. There wouldn't be many of those fools left to wave any flag, other then the white one!!
