N.B. Washington Times title: "Turkey's support for ISIS Islamist terrorists. Aiding jihadists could put Ankara at odds with Iran" The battle in Iraq consists of "Turkish-backed Sunni jihadis rebelling against an Iranian-backed Shi'ite-oriented central government," I wrote in a recent article .

All of this has now been exposed to be true, since it is no secret that Turkey has been training Al Qaeda terrorists also known as ISIS for several years now. Their first goal was to topple Syria, but they did not expect such heavy resistance and now they altered their plan to take over Iraq first. This is all Turkey's plan for a neo-Ottoman empire... quite delusional, but then again we are talking about Turks, the genocide committing types.

Well the Turkish Constitution is in theory, Secular. There was a time when there was a separation of Government and Religion. Unfortunately that is eroding.

But it seems the same thing is happening in the United States, just a bit slower and less violent.

Am afraid that may not last. It only takes a few religious nut jobs to create a serious problem. They have their idea of God on their side and enjoy invoking a victim's status the minute anyone disagrees.

We should have listened to Roger Williams long ago. But unfortunately, most have no idea who he was and what he tried to do to prevent government and religion from corrupting each other.

Your even taking seriously the idea of a relationship between Al Qaida and the Baath Regime in Syria smell of the old found to be untrue Saddam relationship with Al Qaida." Not only is the idea insane but it smacks of desperation on the parts of those who want to replace Assad.
Therefore, your article’s ending suggesting that it is even true shows to what extent your bias.

Why can't western journalists be objective?

When i speak of objectivity i do not include you George, you'd give Syria (or any muslim / arab / african country ) to the devil, if it meant removing Assad.

Wars, natural-disasters, earth-quakes and Nuclear-power-plant-disasters in Germany, China, Taiwan, South-Korea and Japan

A lot of incorrect facts have been hammered to us since these last 3 years.
It's just a shame, considering how events have turned out, and given the present situation, that you are still falling prey to these op-ed articles that have no other aim than to spread hate and disinformation.
More so when decent readers all agree that the original article on this thread is disinformation, you even post a link to another disinformation article from another news outlet, only to admit that they make mistakes.
So what is your point ?
Is Fox news, your adorated news oultlet, not publishing what YOU want to hear now ?

Ok cool, but what should we do about it?

What is anyone going to do about this?

It's not like the US and Israel are just going to abandon Turkey, right?

I mean, hasn't the US also sponsored terrorists in the middle east? Why should we care if Turkey has been exposed as a Jihadist terror sponsor. What difference could this possibly make in Middle Eastern politics?

Why do you keep emphasizing "fake" in "fake jihad".

How can you possibly know what these Muslim torks are capable of? Maybe to them, it isn't a "fake jihad" after all.

We need to take these terrorists at their word, when they tell us they want to kill us.

The terrorists are not the only ones wishing death on others who do not fit their mold. Have you not noticed that there is an extreme divide in this country?

We pretty much detest each other. It is a slow boil right now. But it seems the extreme right and left hate each other enough to kill each other.

Now with emerging gun "liberations" happening in some parts of the country, are we now going to have to wonder about each person we meet in public?

I seriously doubt that it will just be the mentally deranged who will be continuing these awful gun rampages. I am sure it will not be too far off in the future when some folks are going to shoot up a bank or a school or some other locations simply because they feel the folks residing inside are of the wrong racial, political or religious persuasion.

It's a flipping nutty paranoid world just simmering under the surface. It feels like we as a country are losing our grip on civility.

I completely agree with you. It is almost as if the so called Bible-Belt states have their own distinct national identity. Culturally the southern states are far too different from blue state America. They are fundamentalist Christian gun-nuts who worship the 2nd amendment (rather their intentional distortion of it) like it's the primary commandment of their god, while neglecting the FIRST amendment to the constitution which supports separation of Church and State - a principle that they've been undermining at every change they get.

If they like to recede from the Union, why don't you let them?

I am simply highlighting their dillema.
1914 Jihad Fatwa was a sham because the IT Turks as being the aggressors had no religious ground to stand on according to the Islam, if it is really a religion of peace as they are claiming it to be. In which case the IT Turk jihad was a Fake and a blasphemous act.
We need to expose their dillema for everyone to see.
This hypocrisy needs to be brought to a head soon because I still would like to believe that Islam is indeed a religion of peace.
