My friendly advice;

Let her go,Kurdish families are nuts about their daughters,they wouldn't mind killing for them.heck they even kill their own children for the family honor

Find someone else

Did you ever asked point blank why the parents object?Is it the religion? She Muslim you not?If its the religion then depending how much you want to be with her then simply convert to Islam (I personally rather not date her then convert simply because Islam is archaic mentality paradigm ...)

okay dear, the thing with kurd is, they have this thing, name honor killing, and we donot want anything happen.

have you ever sit and talk with her family closely to see if this is matter of relgion differences or just being different race,at least show that you are willing to have a respect to different culture, i would suggest you do that, if they arenot open to anything , just let it go, you arenot meant to be together, i know it is hard, but that is life .

Kurdish girls are very protected and so are the men to some extent, in kurdistan even a kurdish boy cannot mix with a kurdish girl unless he is a close relative and if their family are going to marry them off they usually marry to a cousin there is a tradition in kurdistan on marriage please read up on it, i was in a relationship with a kurdish man for 6 years he still married a kurdish girl you see the kurds dont want there heritage diluting, another thing i noticed about the men is they are like sheep if one says to another get rid of your girlfriend he will if you dont do things the right way you will compromise her family honour and there is a price to pay for that read about banaz mahmood a uk girl who defied her father to marry the partner they had chose she had another boyfriend who was kurdish and is now in hiding unfortunatley bahnaz was murdered and she is not the only one and she wont be the last
