The benin people has become more smarter than togo people. Why? because they understood the meaning of the word freedom and what the rule of the law mean. It is very sad and pathetic that the so call goverment of Togo is not able of providing the basic human needs to its people.What the heck is going on.Is this going to be over someday.Are we really conscious of our country. To Mr Freedom, 1st of all, Togolese are not stupid and this is an insult to our forfathers and to the land of Nubia. Birds tangled by their feet BUT man will tangle by their tongue: mind what u say.
Ghana is leading, Benin emerging etc...yes but u r purely talking material.What about our people's spiritual wellfare? that is where the debate is. Not only in Togo but in the whole mighty garden of Africa.This fire brings us together from the diaspora to the mother land. Afroamerican is just a denomination for the multitude but means very little for the whole. Very few afroamerican excercises this, meaning some ships are too far away from the shepherd: Your are more likely to be killed in usa by your own than anybody else.Let Faure Gnasingbe deceive his people as his strings r pulled by those who knows you better than urself. We need to OVERstand this pollution trading developpement and focus on our everlasting spiritual harmony and tune our heartbeat back to its natural rythm and be as one internationally as ever; thats how I know the sky is not our enemy. Where does morality stand in Africa politics.
Is all guinee ignorant coup leader could get as sanction? UA could only impose arms embargo, and EU fallows the same way. The savage military of guinee killed not one or two lives but many (150) and the only punishment for those evil, barbare ,savage , monster,is trhe arms embargo. I am very appualled by this decision. Black African,this proves once more how far we need to go to fight this vilain act.

FYI, Togolese never elected either Eyadema or his son Faure as President. Both the father and the have ripped of the power. Togolese knows better than you think and i feel very offended when you use the word ignorant toward Togolese. I am originally from Togo, though I am a U.S. Citizen today, i still believe that those who calling Togolese ignorant know nothing about Togo and the smartest thing for them to do is start educating themselve by reading some relevant and reliable history about Togo before jumping up for any jugement toward the usrpation of the power by the Gnassimgbe's Family. The question today is whetheer Togo is a republic or kingdom pragmatically talking?

I've read your comment and I am raelly proud of you.We are brothers, and I think we are civilized, and I hope that we can desagree with each other without tearing each other down because that is the essence of democracy, the gratness of America.
But let me reiterate my point to you again "Togolese people are ignorant" and I am stick to that.Anyone that get offended by this is twice ignorant and blind.
1 We are human being like this "people" same genetical make up. Even if the history tell otherwise,Today is 21 century why are we still behind , why so much suffering , why can"t we be "free" in our own country.
2 We had a chance to change the course in our country after the hard fight of our youth that went unproductive, because of betrayal of our own togolse politician
3 What you and I are doing today to bring a little change to our country .
To somme-up the betrayal , gready, salavery are essence of evil, and evil is ignorant. The problem in our country is not usurpation of power but individual responsability. We need to standup for our own freedom even if we will get kill.
The freedom came to America through civil war and lessons learned from it.
