I just got a comment from one member in this club related to the situation in Cambodia. She said that "What happening in srok khmer right now. That is still nothing change since Pol Pot gone. I think what was happening back then 20's years ago, are still happening right now even WORSE in Cambodia".

dude, why you need someone to tell you what is happening in Cambodia. Do you really think that person comment is evidence that Cambodia now is the same as it is when POL POT ruled?... do you see new killing fields, mass grave and war?

Yes, there is greed and corruption. Just look at the name of the wealthy khmer. they didn't get that wealthy by being nice. Its all government corruption.

When a country is rebuilding... some people will be left out, while another group is extremely rich. Also happening in Thailand.

R U Sure, thailand has nothing to loose. I think your thinking more about the rich thai, which they can afford to loose a little, majority of thais are still poor.

There are hundred of thai companies in Cambodia. I don't think Cambodia have any company in Thailand. You will loose more jobs.

Cambodia will suffer a bit but they can get products from Vietnam, Korea and China...

Cambodia is a big market for thai business.

I went to Cambodia last march what is the progress the main one lane pave road?But the Cambodia people are great just feel sorry for them!

The people of both counties are the ones who will loose.Many Thai and Cambodian cross the border daily to make $$ on each side.And these are working people that are making nearly nothing.
The whole situation SUX.
And it's about power and money.The rich get rich,the poor get poorer.
And it's most goverments,if all politians would govern for the common person and not for the special interest,big corp.,banks.
And do it for no pay or personel gain.THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE!But I'am dreaming!
