The Iranian regime is feeling the 'vacuum' that incompetent in chief Obama created in Syria and is taking advantage of wink and nod from the deceitful Obama regime that secretly support Iranian regime-Russian taking Over Syria regardless if Assad will survive or not. This will create Mozlem Brother alliance all around Israel and will make it easy to threaten Israel to surrender Jerusalem or else. In the meantime Obama is leaking false secrets to the AP that became the official Obama’s ruled media and American foreign policy makers of the Middle East. According to the Obama’s feeding of the AP report, Obama is lightly helping the Syrian people that are subjected to daily genocide with not lethal support which cannot harm the Iranian regime terrorists of Hezbollah and the Iranian revolutionary Quds. Obama expects Iranian regime take over Syria if Assad assassinated by his own people which could bring to a Mozlem brother terrorists’ Jihad all out war against Israel with the support of Russia anti-Aircraft defense to the Iranian forces and the chemical WMDs. The Syrian chemical WMD warheads could fall under the Iranian regime which could used them against Israel while Obama will do nothing that will affect his historic re-election to four more years that will make the Iranian regime the Mozlem Brother superpower Caliphate of the Middle East.

Sick of the U.S.A.:

You have enough of problems in your country: poverty, crime, infrastructure falling apart; to mention just a very few. Help your people, and leave the rest of the World alone for once.

Is this Alidoggie1 or Chris from Toronto?? the U.S. does not rule distant territories by force. then U.S. has no empire as that would mean it was dominating and occupying and ruling distant lands by force. the U.S. has not expanded its borders nor its holdings over any nation. America intervenes in other nations affairs only if has been decreed by the un or NATO and then only does so legally and with a coalition.
A better question to ask is what countries haven't we helped. Almost everyone IE France, Germany, Russia and many others hate our country. They never repaid American for rescuing their sorry rear ends during WWII and helping to rebuild their countries.
Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was in France in the early 60's when DeGaulle decided to pull out of NATO. DeGaulle said "I wanted all US military out of France as soon as possible."
Rusk responded, "Does that include those who are buried here?"
DeGaulle did not respond and you could have heard a pin drop.
Our country has aided every other country in the world at one time or another. We even help our enemies, when Iran had earthquakes a few years ago, we were there to help. When the tsunami hit we even helped out those people wearing Osama bin Laden t-shirts.
We contributed massively to the post WWII rebuilding effort in both Europe and Japan.
The US gives billions of dollars annually in aid (and not just to Israel for those Israel whiners) to other countries, provides humanitarian support, forgives the debt of other countries and lends troops in times of military conflict (which shouldn't be confused with invading another country, such as Iraq).
When in England, Colin Powell was asked by the Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example of
'empire building' by George Bush.
He answered by saying,
"Over the years, the United States has sent many of its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return is enough to bury those that did not return."
There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break, one of the French engineers came back into the room saying, "Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he intend to do, bomb them?"
A Boeing engineer stood up and replied "Our carriers have three
hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are
nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrical power to
shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to
feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck. We have eleven such ships;
how many does France have?"

Apparently some among American intellectual elite, real patriots disagree with you. They acknowledge the fact that America has been building the Empire. In the book “Come Back America” a group of brilliant people are writing the articles, and basically maintain that American Empire has ill served the American people, and also the World: bankrupting the U.S.A., and causing the instability in the World.
A better question to ask is what countries haven't we helped. Almost everyone IE France, Germany, Russia and many others hate our country. They never repaid American for rescuing their sorry rear ends during WWII and helping to rebuild their countries.
Americans helped in WW2, but its role is often greatly
exaggerated. I believe the historians. Richard Overy, British Historian and Writer, in his book ‘Russia’s War’, stated: Despite what you learn from a childhood watching British war films, or even the plotted history of the war you can pick up from The History Channel, World War II wasn’t won by the British and Americans invading France – despite the importance of that conflict. Hitler’s German was military defeated by enormous sacrifices from the ordinary people of the Soviet Union.

It was a Russian flag hanging over Reichstag in 1945 . Not British French or American . That ,speaks for itself .
