Barbra Streisand canceled her concert in Rome next month - a move that followed protests by Italian consumer groups angered by what they said were excessively high ticket prices.

Barbra Streisand is one of the best singers of all times. However, to have tickets prices that only the rich and famous can afford are absurd. She forgets that it was also the "little people" that helped put her where she is. I, for one, would not spend a penny at those rates to see her live. I will also not support any of her record purchases for this very reason.

BARBRA FANS THE WORLD OVER WOULD PAY ANY PRICE JUST TO SEE HER PERFORM... PRICE IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH BARBRA FANS WHO ARE VERY PASSI0NATE THE GRANDEST AND MOST WONDERFUL PERSON AND SINGER TO EVER COME INTO THIS WORLD OF OURS.

YES NOT EVERYONE COULD AFFORD HIGH PRICED TICKETS..BUT THERE ARE MANY PRICES FOR TICKETS..SO ONE BUYS WHAT ONE COULD AFFORD.. AND YOU KNOW SOMETHING..

DOESNT MATTER WHERE YOU SIT
AS LONG AS YOU ARE THERE TO SEE AND HEAR HER SING LIVE..

The touts sold out London, not the fans. Check out ebay. They are going for below face value and there could be bargains at the last minute. I think she thinks the fans sold London out. Ivory and Yower spring to mind.

Apparently Barbara Streisand in concert doesen't represent a good value for the dollar.
She has some good songs but she has too many potitical issues.
I think she would be worth maybe $20 to see for a male...$40 for a female...that's my take.
