You should drink some wine with your food. It is good for your digestion. Do not abuse wine or anything else, for that matter, including Islam. It does not result in any good.

Since you are very interested in wine and Jesus turning water into wine, I would like to say that Jesus is making a spiritual point. He is showing you that He has come to give eternal life to those who believe in Him. He transforms the contents of the clay pots(earthly body) filled with plain water(spirit, temporary life) to new contents, in this case or setting, with wine(living water, a new eternal spirit, eternal life). If you do not believe in Him you are just like that pot of water, as the beasts in the field are, who live some years and die. You have a physical body with finite life in it. So if you want Him to give you this living water that will give you eternal life, you put your faith in Jesus who has this gift of eternal life. It's a free choice and so is the gift. Ofcourse, Satan the Devil will do his best to keep you from receiving this gift with countless lies and stories because he himself will not get it. Again, these are personal, spiritual, free choices, and don't let anyone force it on you.
