Spanish PM warns regions to slash spending

Well, as usual Mr. Bean is a day late and a dollar short. The 17 autonomous governments are already up to their eyes in debt. Cannot even pay contract obligations that are months if not a year old. The contractors are complaining right and left. And, Mr. Bean warning the regions, how about HIM stop his spending? He just gave 27 million Euros to the unions to pay them off for not striking. The Unions are in the pockets of the government and have been for years; that explains why the few times they have had a strike, it usually targets the opposition party or business interests, rather than Mr. Bean's PSOE party!
