The Philippines among JP Morgan’s favored markets JP Morgan has kept the Philippines among its favored stock markets this 2013. “We’ve been overweight on the Philippines since 2009 and we have no intention of changing that view,” JP Morgan’s chief for Asian and emerging market equity Adrian Moet said in a briefing Friday. “From the perspective of the international equity investor, the Philippines is delivering low currency risk, high economic growth and high (corporate) earnings growth and that’s a very attractive proposition particularly against a still quite troubled world,” said Moet, who flew in from Singapore to speak in a forum organized by JP Morgan for large institutional investors keen on Philippine equities. For 2013, the Philippines joins Mexico, Turkey, Thailand and India among the countries where JP Morgan has an “overweight” rating.“Overweight” is a recommendation to accumulate stocks in excess of a benchmark index, usually the closely-tracked MSCI index. |

JP Morgan: Philippines is one of top markets in 2013
http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/313809/jp-morgan... Global investment bank JP Morgan has picked the Philippines as one of its three most-favored stock markets for 2013, marking the fourth straight year that the local bourse is expected to outperform. Lopez said JP Morgan had an “overweight” rating on Philippine equities for the last four years. An “overweight” rating refers to a recommendation to buy in excess of the prescribed weight in a closely followed index like MSCI Asia ex-Japan, which JP Morgan expects to rise by 15 percent next year. |

Stop bragging your Chinese descendant who enjoys the good life in the Philippines. They may be sound to you that they controlled the economic zone in the Philippines but they are under in the Philippines constitution. They live in the Philippines, all the workers are Filipinos, their accountants are Filipinos, their maids are Filipinos, the servants are Filipinos, their drivers are Filipinos, the food that they eat are from Philippines, their cooks are Filipinos, they built business in the Philippines, they are not controlled by Chinese but controlled by Philippines under the Constitutions. Filipinos helped them promote because that's were they are good, okay. That's why Henry Sy, Lucio Tan Loves them. So, stop saying that Chinese controlled the Philippines. Here's the facts: Most of the Chinese in China wants to come to Philippines and lives there for 3 years and then applied to go to USA. The reasons why the Chinese people wants to come to Philippines first because they can easily get to USA. That's the facts. Chinese from China or from Taiwan, Hongkong, Macao , etc use Philippines as their destinations to go USA. First they invested money in the Philippines in doing business and then they applied going to USA or in Canada. They are fluent in Tagalog and English because that's the officials language in the Philippines. They said they love Philippines because business is good. I have interviewed all these Chinese myself and told me that they loveeee Philippines. Imagine they came by boat VIA from Vietnam and stayed in Palawan Shore for 3 months and she's equipped of Filipino dictionary, and Filipino book of phrases . So, tell me what you know about Filipinos and I would tell you what I know from Chinese. Come on through all your hearsay story about Filipino people and your "Controlling Story" about Chinese in the Philippines. Bring it on Mr. Concubine. |

Judged: 1 1 1 1) Many things are illegal within the Philippines but still exist in abundance - counterfeit goods and shabu come to mind. 2) I have been to Antipolo more than a few times. One can rent a hole there as well. 3) I hope you were kidding about prostitution and Islam. Quite a few recruiting agencies specialize in bringing Pinays to the Middle East for sexual gratification services. They are often referred to as GROs, Relaxation Therapists and my favorite, Adventure Ambassadors. Islam has no central authority. Within the ARMM you will find supposedly devout Muslims who sell drugs, counterfeit money and goods, kidnap for ransom and mercenary for whichever group is paying the most. I always found it funny to see the body of a recently breathing Abu Sayaf Group member dressed in fake Nikes, Ed Hardy apparel and sporting Oakleys and a couple pierced ears. Their religious devotion is curious. |
