Kenana, Sudan's biggest sugar producer, plans to more than triple its ethanol output within two years to become a major biofuel exporter and intends to make a stock market offering in South Africa, its managing director said.

My big question is where will they get all the water? Are we about to see an escalating skirmish between Egypt and the Sudan?

Joburg should start deploying Liquid Fluoride Thorium Recyclers and make their own fuel in country. So should the Sudan and Egypt and...
