Hey Yitzchakera, here is the scoop from another korean-american in US.
Dated 3 irish girls ...in my youth... ;-)
First one, I had a blast, never new any girl who could drink me under the table. Second one, could cook like no other.
Third one, fresh from Ireland, a bit too prejudice against the engilsh for my tatste. Kept getting into awkard situations with my other friends from England.

But to land a korean man, Must enjoy Korean cuisine, Learn how to drink and pour liquor and if you don't drink...at least pour for them.(there is a big ritual that goes with drinking, It seems silly but its a biggy, Koreans especially men take it very seriously, even if you don't drink, you should be aware of the custom and should follow it, even if the korean guy your with say its no big deal. I noticed that it makes you look like an outsider if you don't.) Learn few korean words and customs. And if you are 18 ...hmmm I would have to ask my little cousins who are at that age but I guess you should get into korean Youth culture?!? Seems like they have their own little style.... But than again, I guess all youth have their own styles. Oh and karoakes... I can't get into it but all my little cousins just loves it.

I am an Irish woman (part German) and I find Korean men to be the sexiest on the planet physically.
I think I am also drawn to the way they are difficult to read. That is to say, I understand American men, but I can look a Korean man right in the eye and not know what he's thinking. They ask questions with true interest in the answers. They fascintate me. But I'm too shy to talk to them and they seem to assume white women aren't interested.

you are right. most korean men think white women are not interested in asian man for physical appearance or for part of racism.

I am deeply attracted to Asian men. I love east Asians the most. I want a Korean boyfriend, but many don't seem to like Black women.
I wonder if it is because some black women are thicker than most women or maybe they don't like the personalities or something?
Anyway, I have joined a gym in hopes of getting in better shape, thinking maybe I'd have a better chance.

Hi Curious, I dated a black girl before and I really liked her so much. You will be surprised that there are many Korean guys who think black girls are cute. However, I believe most Korean guys are not particularly attracted to large women regardless of race. Although I've seen black guys and Hispanic guys going crazy over a girl with a humongous ass at a club, I've never seen a Korean man with an express attraction over such features. I guess it's more of a cultural thing where in Korea, being overweight is harshly and openly criticized. While I do not like overweight girls, I like black girls' physique, especially their butt. It's an amazing physical quality that you'll never see in any asian girls.

As far as the personality goes, I guess any men want to date a mature and nice partner who are understanding and sweet. I believe most or almost all Korean males do not find the personality attractive that is the typical product of low class Americans that is obnoxious, rude, loud selfish, and unlady-like. I've seen this type of personality in all races in Korea.

I tried not to be overly categorizing in my answers but I hope this helps. In the end, you need to find a dude that is open-minded, mature, and is able to look beyond the race and loves you as a human being.

What you've said was very insightful but what about black girls who are really thin - like size zero? So it's the weight and personality that are the issue not the skin colour?

I am just interested because I don't fit the black stereotype - I'm a quiet British girl for one thing, as well as being on the slim side.
