Just for those who have a good education as tool makers, machine fitters and any other craftsmen: If you are intersted in an oversea job which is well paid then note that currently in Germany companies are searching for those who are willing to work hard and get well paid. Jobs seekers can find jobs as service engineers where only little German language is required as most companies are working globally and using English as company language. Mechanical and Electronic Engineers with good experiance in R&D are on the search list too. Just go on the websites of German companies and you will find plenty of opportunities especially for Mid-size enterprises in south-west Germany. I am sure you would enjoy life and working conditions!

My wife got a call today for a interview june 12th. If she gets to do the 40 hours training does that mean she gets the job or is that another step you have to do. |

Jimbo, I've finished 3 days of training and have 2 more to go. The training does not mean a job. The training is done by Ga. Quick Start. The information taken by GQS will be turned over to the people that do the hiring for KIA and they will decide then who is hired.

I can see that this KIA is another big business that can not offer jobs to people over 50. I will never buy a KIA!

Don't. Wife wanted a KIA Sportage she hardly ever drove it. Left her sitting twice, always kept overheating a problem they could not fix (two radiators later} and was underpowered with a sensor problem that caused it to randomly stall when you tried to pullout into traffic. Very Dangerous. I got rid of the car at a severe loss with less than 8,000 miles on it. What a piece of crap. KIA has the right name -- Killed In Action. |
