it is bluff by north korea regime,kim jong eating pizza, driving mercedes, watching bsketball matches on tv and bluffing about nuclear and total war, he dont want war because he will loose privilegy and luxusori, last 1,5 months strong rhetoric by KIm jong is empty talk, kim just bluffing
