They will come to Africa to make money, and have the noble intention of helping lift the ignorant Negro up from their depraved state. The Chinese will quickly realize that they are wasting their time and effort trying to advance the primitive and barbarous Negro. They will build fantastic buildings and infrastructure. They will give Africans complex machinery to boost productivity, and to grow more food. The Negro will not be able to maintain any of these complex systems though. They simply are not cognitively capable of doing so. The crude Negro will then begin to blame the Chinese for their problems. They will claim that the Chinese are taking advantage of them by buying their resources at market price, and not building and maintaining their civilizations. Therefore, we should encourage the Chinese to enter Africa. The White mans burden is a heavy load that the Chinese can carry from now on. I wish the Chinese the best of luck. They are going to need it in their intercourse with the most primitive and backward people on Earth.
