Well unfortunately after reading a number of articles relating to this story my conclusion is that South Africa's dirty laundry is being exposed. If there are any White South Africans in high level positions in the College then racism has played a role. They are an extremely bitter bunch who much like their forefathers wish that Mandela was still in jail and that black people in South Africa were not free. They left the country out of bitterness anyway. Now they are in Canada poisoning the fabric of that society and damaging the reputation of normal every day Canadians both White and Black. They have no where to run so they run to Canada. Now the Black doctors from South Africa are coming there too and they just wish they could make all blacks vanish. Well we ain't going nowhere. Unfortunately most of the modern world is not as racist as the South African whites.
