This I understand. However, if you spent time here in my country, you would understand what I am talking about. You probably have a similar difference between persons in your country based on the comparison of persons who dwell in the city versus persons who dwell in rural communities.

America has always been a divided nation. Yankees have always been the aristocratic elite such as the Kennedy clan who feel the need to dictate what is 'best' for everyone based on their own ideals.

Just as the civil war was fought for states rights by the Confederates against 'the Yankees', who IMO are the enemy of personal freedom and actually just a filthy red communist with a fancy new name.
