AMISOM the un-sung heroes of the somalis has done it again. these courageous africans have liberated the southern somalis from themselves.

AMISOM has announced that Somali government forces with AMISOM support have successfully opened the last section of the 241 kilometer road from Mogadishu to Baidoa. The latest advance was from Buur-Hakaba to clear the final 60 kms stretch.

This means that AMISOM and government forces can now operate uninterruptedly between Mogadishu and Baidoa in the west, Merka on the south west and Jowhar in the north. This significantly enlarges the area freed from Al-Shabaab control and improves the mobility of AMISOM and Somali government forces.

It also allows much greater movement of the population, and opens up a key supply route for the provision of humanitarian aid. AMISOM Force Commander, Lieutenant General Andrew Gutti welcomed the move and reiterated the African Union's commitment to supporting the Federal Government of Somalia in its efforts to provide security to the Somali population. He noted that this linkage between the capital and the regions of Bay and Bakool, would allow AMISOM to provide security to more areas of Somalia so that local people could live their lives and pursue their livelihoods in freedom.

we all know that musevini is the real deal-maker of somalia who asked sheikh sharif, sharif hasan and farmajo to kampala and forced farmajo to resign. when these 3 politicians squabbled, he produced the kampala 10 points plan and told these guys to stick the former temperory TFG constiution up in their ass. make up your own little stories, the americans and the e.u pay for their expenses because they don't want white soldiers dying for the interests of somali savages.

The unsung heroes? Haha! They are no heroes, they are simply our tools for getting rid of extremists.

Each time an AMISOM soldier dies, he doesn't even bite the dust because the dust is more valuable than him.

'Another one bites the nothing'- AMISOM comrade.

AMISOM tamed the hawiye and taught them what the americans failed to teach them in 1993/4 to live like normal human-beings. these days the favourite names given to new born hawiye male boys are Mahiga, Karuhanga, Okello, Mugisha, Gutti, Niyoyunguruza, Bahuku and Akunda in appreciation to AMISOM Commanders.
