It's in the OP's link. If you mean the source, I don't know about the that, but it seems legit.
yeah, i checked the website and the journalist who wrote the article is from the indo-sub continent and they are based in dubai. they have other stories such as the 50 richest indians in the gulf. it is an indian publication based in dubai and that is why they consider mo farah and somalis to be arabs.

You could be right because the website is located in dubai and they focus on the arab-indian world and the writer of Mo Farah article is called Anil Bhoyrul who is an indian. Furthermore, they do articles like these;

50 Richest Indians in the GCC

http://dev.arabianbusiness.com/50-richest-ind...

Revealed: the Gulf's 100 most influential Indians

http://www.arabianbusiness.com/photos/reveale...

a tad bit more indian centric.

Having said that, if you have been to dubai then you will realise that without the indians and the pakistanis, dubai would have been a different place.

The writer is Indian but the content was genuinely assessed from the Arab world, to think they were all cheering Mo Farah on for some demented reason makes me giggle a little inside.

Its quiet obvious why they would put him on the list, its called cultural imperialism. Dont people know that the ruling class of Arab countries have now the technology and expertise to see that their desert cities are not sustainable and are eyeing the gullible Muslim African neigbours. It has been the policy to exploit the perceived brotherly relationship between the Africans and the arabs for many centuries, after all i doubt a Indonesian or Malaysian would allow arabs to buy up all their farm land and water resources. Mark my words , in the foreseeable future any public overtures or foreign policy pivot to Africa from arab states will coincide with their dwindling resources and increase in the inhospitably of their desert kingdoms.
