KLA and their prison for Albanians
__________

Their indictment alleges that “Latif Gashi, Nazif Mehmeti and Rrustem Mustafa, acting in concert with other unidentified individuals and pursuant to a joint criminal enterprise, ordered and participated in the beating and torture of Kosovo Albanian civilians detained in the detention centre located at Llapashtica/Lapastica, in an attempt to force those detainees to confess to acts of disloyalty to the KLA from October of 1998 until late April 1999”.

Funny testimony
__________

“There was no ill-treatment, but the place was very bad. It would have been better if I was beaten than being kept there,” he said.

The prosecution pointed out discrepancies between Ballovci’s current testimony and interviews he previously gave to UN Mission in Kosovo police officers and investigating judges as well as during cross-examinations in previous trials.

Previously he had said that Gashi was present during his interrogation, and that he and other prisoners had been beaten.

“He is giving two radically different versions of what happened. Both cannot be true,” EU rule of law mission in Kosovo judge Jonathan Carol said.

So when will the Serbian soldiers who massacred hundreds of thousands of Danube Swabians, Hungarians, Rusyns 1944-1945 be prosecuted?

You probably even promoted them to a higher rank for their "deeds".

Baron stop doding my question.

If the entire International community recognizes Kosovo as independent, will you support Kosovo's indepedence the same way you support Romanian and Serbian land theft of Transylvania, Vojvodina?

Answer me, Mr "International Law"!

International law means no border changing.
Yugoslavia was made up from 6 republics with right for "samoopredeljenje". Two autonomous provinces were part of Serbia.

UN resolution says Kosovo is part of Serbia, and no such a state is member of UN.

While Romania is a fully recognized state of UN members, including Hungary.

Historic right is not part of the law.

So if Kosovo becomes fully recognized by UN memebers, you will drop your claims on it?

Wow you are such a pathetic loser.

Baron, I repeat, if Kosovo is fully recognized by all of the UN, including Serbia, and Kosovo becomes de facto a legally independent republic, will you stop your claims on it?

Since you know
"Historic right is not part of the law."

Therefore by your logic, when Kosovo becomes a fully recognized state, international law will take precedence over some Monasteries from the Middle Ages.

Correct?

Serbia has to answer for thousands of murdered Albanian civilians.

And please stop lying.

If Serbs loved Kosovo they wouldn't burn it!

Its not the point of the thread. The point is that KLA tortured and killed hundreds of Albanians civilians, and not only Serbs.

Kosovo Ex-Fighters Face Third War Crimes Trial
__________

The retrial of three ex-Kosovo Liberation Army commanders for jailing, torturing and killing Albanian civilians, Pristina court has decided.

http://www.balkaninsight.com/en/article/third...

"Escape the torture by Killing a Serb"
__________

From August 1998 until April 1999, they detained, tortured, abused and killed Kosovo Albanian civilians at detention centres in the villages of Bajgora, Llapashtica, Majac Potok and Koliq in eastern Kosovo near Podujeve/Podujevo.

To escape the torture, the indictment says, the detainees had to show loyalty towards the KLA by killing a Serb.
