Nobody is that stupid to let his cite in those conditions. The owner would disable the domain name or would restore his site from a backup.

Second this kind of attack are impossible.

Im a web developer i know what im talking about.

Those domain names are bought by albanians and they put stupid HTML pages whit JavaScript alerts in it.
