lDecapitation using a guillitine(however it is spelled)is considered the most painless way to kill someone. Adding crucifiction tips the scales a bit.
I agree.
With your spinal cord cut off from your brain, you can't feel any pain, let alone, you are already dead.

Your post inspired me to imagine an individual who would describe everything in Saudi as "rosy"...

It isn't that much is "rosy" in Saudi; far...infinitely far from it. However, The west's still-lenient approach and legal penalties re. child sex abuse are grotesquely inadequate.

Yes; I'm aware that if a victimized child is not a Saudi, not a muslim, etc...that child, male or female, is prey without punishment in the Islamic M.E....At least in this particular case, justice WAS served.

I never thought I'd approve of Islamic justice...but I would give a lot to see child molesters, let alone sadistic murdering child rapists put to death horribly and their filthy corpses displayed!
Yes indeed, and that includes those that would ritually mutiliate children as well.

One warning to desist and then waterboarding and death.

Never questioned whether this case was justice, just a comment to those who only see this one aspect of Saudi life. A little reminder that it is very repressive.

the power of life and death doesnt lie in the hands of any man.

What happens in saudi is hardly JUSTICE. Please read amnesty internationals reports on saudi arabia.

How does anyone even know for sure if the guy beheaded (and crucified) was truly guilty?

You know what they say about this being the season of goodwill to all men? Well, you get the chance to put it into action today by being understanding, tolerant and compassionate towards the people you meet. This doesn't mean you should condone anything awful that they do, but simply that you need to look beyond that to the larger picture.
