Tama ive requested TVNZ http://tvnz.co.nz/tv for the documentary they did regarding Tonga Ruling Samoa and they r getting it sorted for me so as soon as i have it i will put it up on youtube for us all to see and know the facts n truth so if TOA has a problem than he can call the NZ television and take them to court for there lies, good luck on that !!
Im half Tongan/Samoan and all the stories ive heard my Tongan grandfather talk about was how mighty Tonga was back in the days and how they surprisingly attacked Samoa at night blah blah blah and when i asked my Samoan grandfather he didn't deny it he said it was true so why try and waste time in changing the facts of history? still cant understand that ...

What I find amazing is many Tongans claim to have Samoan Blood such as Koaupeia and many others I ran into on this forum but sit there and talk down on there Samoan Side but why?

Isnt it amazing that when a half Samoan half Tongan is raised in Samoa they learn to respect both cultures and take pride in both and do not belittle one from the next. But when a Half Samoan Half Tongan is raised in Tonga they tend to belittle and hate and deny everything about there Samoan Side.

Sad thing about what I wrote is its TRUE.

So my question to you is WTF r you trying to do posting up s**t from who knows where you got them from? I wasn't raised in either country but when I visit I get to learn new stories everytime.
So why would my samoan grandfather who is 71yrs old tell me that the stories I asked him about tonga taking over samoa were all true!
So don't farkn sit there and pre judge me about being onesided. When my tongan mates gets to me about being this and that I stand up for my samoan side but at the end of the day it aint the tongans running around

i know alot of Samoans. Funny thing is... the ones i know straight from Upolu have told me that in Pesega & other highschools some of them went to, in History class they learned about Tu`i Tonga ruling Samoa. They NEVER deny this. But these WANNABE Samoans who grew up overseas who can only speak english try & flip the script by denying their history & trying to alter facts to make their past look a little more glorified.
Take the legends away for a second & look at the real stories.. Tongan history: Accross the Pacific numerous monuments & place names given in honor of Tongan invaders, Rulers or battles... Samoan history: Tui Manua ruling the Pacific(mostly legends... cos there is no concrete evidence of it EVER happening apart from legends. Most Samoan warrior stories happened on Samoan soil.
Ancient Tongans were feared accross the Pacific. While Samoans warred amongst themselves at home. Punks like Toa know this kind of shit... so of course him & others keep trying to twist facts to make it look like the Samoans were conquerers... for eg:Kanokupolu.. LOL.. Toas story of a Samoan migration to Tonga & Samoans fighting to establish the Tui Kanokupolu title is by far the FUNNIEST thing ive ever read. LMFAO hahahaha.

Actually whats even more funny is that u keep reposting for weeks now & still havent shown me some links to websites or books which talk of a Samoan migration to Tonga in the 1600s.
Its funny cos Dr Mahinas article is the only thing u have to show for this.... which should tell yr wannabe smart street scholar brain that if u can only found it to be written on ONE article... then it musnt be TRUE. For it were true.. it be hela easy to0 post up a few links... however... i been asking u for WEEKS. i bet u still wont show me, cos there is none. Everyone else reading this... TOA proved my point. Cut the s**t short show us the proof of what your claiming so we can call it a day but instead you drag it on n repeating the same sh** ova n ova abit like my son upolo's brain *loooooool*

Twist Facts? No reveal hidden facts YES. Tui Manu'a ruled and conquered Tonga then later birth of Ahoeitu who's father was from Manu'a. As for Ancient Tongans feared LMAO you cant even name any Ancient Tongan Warriors and yet you sit here and bring up Warriors lol so fake like your stories.

Answer me this Tama

Can you name the Ancient Warriors of Tonga who you love to talk about?

Can you tell me why you claim Tongans ruled Samoa and yet Tongan Customs and language is not apart of Samoan Culture etc? I tell you why because Anciently Tonga was under SAMOA ruled by Tui Manu'a hence the presence of Tui Tonga did not affect the Samoan Culture. Head to Tonga its the whole opposite Samoan Customs up to Samoa Culture etc is planted all through TONGA and its people.
