There's heaps of Samoans in New Zealand most of them live in Auckland and Wellington and there is also a lot in Australia but most of them live in Brisbane Sydney with a couple in Melbourne and Perth

There's over 100,000 living in New Zealand alone. Samoans in New Zealand make up half or just over half of the Pacific Islander Population in New Zealand. Where as in Australia, there's a growing number in Melbourne (Victoria) and plenty in Sydney (NSW) and Brisbane (QLD).

It depends really, during the 2006 census of Australia Sydney had the most Samoans, only 750 more than Melbourne. As of the reports in 2010, Melbourne had more Samoans than Brisbane, and only just a few hundred less than Sydney. We'll see how the reports come back with the census hehehe.

It is not the Samoans born outide the Islands of Samoa that are the wannabe's but the one's born outside e.g America, Australia & New Zealand. In NZ, there hasn't been a recent census to say how many Samoans are living in New Zealand (or for any other race right now).

The only current census is 2006, because due to the Earthquake in NZ in 2010/2011, they couldn't do a current census that was pretty much due for one.

There are sites online like http://samoanbios.com/fun-facts/ that actually show's the statistics for 2006, or on the FBI site or statistics.org .nz or some link like that
