Nah, never seen Vidot play. Will have to keep an eye out.

Anzac test coming up, also the Toa Samoa/Tonga game. Squads should be announced soon.

Can't wait for the team to be named tonight.

I hope Pita Godinet isn't seriously hurt since he missed last nights game. We're short on halves, so it's crucial that he's healthy.

I have no doubt our pack will be good, but not quite as confident about our backs. Besides a few backs, the rest have been in average form.

Now that sonny bill is out of the Anzac test, he is stil a chance to pledge his allegiance to Samoa come World Cup!

I doubt he'd do a flip flop on NZ. I think we can definitely count him out for Toa Samoa.

Just saw the team and I'm surprised that Matai, Taufua, Sio, Papalii, McGuire, Te'o and Maitua aren't even in the team. I can understand if a couple of those guys aren't there for Origin reasons, but omitting Matai especially? Just killed the Test buzz for me TBH.

This coach better not be doing a Robbie Deans on us.

Kiwis squad: Forwards: Jesse Browmich, Alex Glenn, Josh Hoffman, Issac Luke, Simon Mannering, Ben Matulino, Sam McKendry, Frank Pritchard, Kevin Proctor, Jeremy Smith, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Elijah Taylor. Backs: Kieran Foran, Josh Hoffman, Shaun Johnson, Jason Nightingale, Sam Perrett, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Dean Whare.

Missing Winterstein, Leuluai........options for Samoa? But I reckon Kearney will keep Leuluai as an option for the WC.

Pretty disappointing effort by the Uso's
Ben Roberts didn't stand up
Carlos was promising
Matty wright is not a fullback, hopefully with a few changes and a lot more players coming back should make for a better showing in the World Cup!!

We should give credit to Tonga. They were awesome last night. They outplayed our team and were simply too good in all facets of the game.

A big wake up call before the world cup. Hopefully come October they'll be up for it. I'm still a believer so keep the faith people....:).

Yeah, Tonga's a quality side.

but Samoa were shet. And they'll struggle at the world cup f they dont make some changes..... they have the kiwi, france and png in their pool.

Overall it was just a test match and Samoa had a bad lineup! Samoa is still the best! Tonga can enjoy their victory for the moment, but it wont last long haha cheeeehoooo!

I don't think Samoa played that bad. Tonga shut them down and didn't allow them to play their game or have any momentum. You win some you lose some. Tonga won fair and square. They were too good last night.
