Ia o le a fire la...but who is going to be held accountable? That isn't accidental drowning....is it? The family should consider suing the Prison Authorities/Government.
This tragedy certainly could have been prevented.

This is definitely a case of water-boarding taken to the extreme by the culprit(s)!
I'm just wondering why Mr. Dalton (great physical shape it seems), didn't struggle and fight for his life with this 21 year old?
It would make sense if the officers were aware of the commotion but looked the other way and acted deaf and dumb!?!
Is this 44-gallon drum of water for consumption, bathing, washing or flushing? How odd!
If Mr. Dalton was a mental case and became violent, he should have been restrained and taken to the hospital for evaluations instead of prison! Is this the normal in Samoa now?
Or better still; Why wasn't he out-processed and deported back to New Zealand?
I'm sure one of these bright lawyers in NZ will have a ball with this case!
