Fijians aren't 'black', we are redish-brown... Yes we come from Africa! Lol @ these ufas mocking us for being africans when we've been saying it for a long time! Eventhough we are genetically more related to south east asia, and have absolutely no genetic links to africa, we still rep africa hard! Darker skinned warriors were were seen as superior back in the day... It was said that northern warriors were known to refuse tongan women as gifts because they say it will weaken their blood!

And if you think dark skin was restricted to fiji and not the rest of polynesia, guess akain boi! King kamehameha was a black kanaka, a warrior king who conqured and united hawaii for the first time, and became the first king of hawaii! Hawaiians praised him as the ancient hawaiian saying which goes,'red is the common man, dark is the chief'! Samoan chiefs ALL have fijian connections, the same goes for tonga and the marquases! The maoris should be obvious!

Dont underestimate what you do not know...

There is a community of Fijians in American Samoa. Most have dark complexion. Some are so dark they look purple.
I do not see anything wrong with that. Black does not mean ugly, it means black. ok pinging.

I noticed you are a real Fijian not like Pingping (Indian) and Kava Farmer (Tongan). I apologise for my comments that may have offended you. I got respect for real Fijians.

Yikes! Stop with the BS Dude. Show me pictures of blonde NATIVE Fijians en-masse like Solomon Islander Children.
Some of the earliest German Authorities that landed in Samoa repoted back to Third Reich that Samoans were indeed ARYANS! This fact is well documented. On the other hand; no European ever referred to Fijians as such other than they being Cannibals.
Good on you and Tompingpong for being white - attributed to your White Ancestors. Now leave Fiji and Fijians alone because they are not you neither are you them.

In this video, these are the real Fijians the ones who know there connections to Samoa and respect Samoa.

Fiji and Tonga paying there respects to Malietoa Tanumafili II at his funeral. This is true evidence of the connections of Samoa, Fiji and Tonga.

Toa, That's why we should address people as individual. Not Race. It's a fine line we have to be careful of, or we will all be dragged into as a race instead of as individual of the said race. As you know, not all people of one race agree with each other. Yet some individual offend the whole race because of certain people "tribal" mentality. You know well that history of any country is about the "Kings family only". So we should only talk about the King without drawing the common people in any conversation, per se. You all know who you are....

I'm only half native Fijian, my dad is palagi, but I was raised by a strong Fijian woman to know the language and culture, something all Pacific Islanders should be proud of: their identity, whether it be half, a quarter or full.

Makes us look stupid to be dissing eachother, especially since we all come from the same section of the world....lol
