Exactly, they will claim whatever whenever where-ever lol.
Tattoos were introduced to the Polynesians by Fijians who are Africans! It was given to two young women. These women received the tools from the Fijians as a gift, and were bid farewell as they departed back to Samoa. The word Fijians use for sealing a promise and favor of request during separation is called 'tatau'.
Samoans then called the practice of tattooing tatau after the manner Fijians gave it to them. From this word came the word 'tattoo'. This is where the Samoan claim is coming from! We must understand that this is the mentality of people who lived is extreme isolation. lol. They think everything belongs to them! HAHAHA.
They are really racist man!

Easy there little fella. Fijian history states that Polynesians settled Fiji before the black Melanesian arrived from Africa(proof Rotuma island is Polynesian). It is believed that the Lapita people; the ancestors of Polynesians are responsible for the tattoos; not the Blacks from Tanganyika. So these are the people who carried tattoo rituals. The Austronesians of Polynesia and Micronesia. Not the black Melanesia like Solomon, Vanuatu, New Caledonia etc. Note the Astronesian tattoos.
http://www.larskrutak.com/articles/oceania/

As for Fiji, notice some Fijians are tattooed but it is obvious that the Polynesians of Fiji were the ones associated with tattoos; not the "blacker" people from Tanzania who came later.

Melanesians are not known for tattooing only skin scarification like many Africans do. Notice the absence of tattoos when I typed "Melanesian Tattoos"
http://www.google.com.au/search...

Again when they said tattoos from Fiji(don't confuse black Melanesians/Tanzanians with Austranesians for tattoos didn't come from the Tanzanians), they meant the Polynesians who lived there before blacks lololol

"Pottery art from Fijian towns shows that Fiji was settled before or around 3500–1000 BC, although the question of Pacific migration still lingers. It is believed that the Lapita people or the ancestors of the Polynesians settled the islands first but not much is known of what became of them after the Melanesians arrived; they may have had some influence on the new culture, and archaeological evidence shows that they would have then moved on to Tonga, Samoa and even Hawai'i."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiji

"Austronesian peoples are believed to have settled in the Fijian islands some 3,500 years ago, with Melanesians following around a thousand years later. Most authorities agree that they originated in Southeast Asia and came via Indonesia. Archeological evidence shows signs of settlement on Moturiki Island from 600 BC and possibly as far back as 900 BC."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Fiji

Thus when we(Polynesians) said Tattoos came from Fiji, we meant from people like this

When you look at this, you might think its dance. Well you're wrong! We call it religion! Religion doesn't have to be a prayer where you "must" close your eyes. This my friend is Art as well. lolol

Numb nuts, stop listening to them Samoan historians making up shiett!
Fiji was always called 'Fiti, viti, fisi, iti, whiti, hiti'! Its been called that even before Samoa was inhabited! First two Samoan settlements were named after their direction to Fiji.

Where did that name come from and what does it mean? It was the name given by the TANGANYIKAN ancestor Lutunasobasoba!!!! Thats right madafaka, take your polynesia fallacy away before I drown it in the ocean. Viti means 'flick'! And thats what the Africans did to the trees as they entered Fiji, they simply flicked it out of their way! Giants maybe? Yeah, Giants! Thats the ancestors of Fijians. All the assumptions you put up were recently done so that they could make sense of Fiji's polynesia domination in the past, given the stereo-typical view of dark skinned people all over the world being incapable of dominating light skin! lol. That is so Samoan! But guess again, a Tahitian song talks about an invasion by the people called 'hiti', a people described to look like herons of darkness! Now that doesn't sound Polynesia does it?

Ancient Hawaiian proverb; He weo ke kanaka, he pano ke ali'i.(Red is the common man, BLACK is the chief!) What does that tell you? Thats right, unbelievably painful to be dominated by blacks! I feel you man, I really do. Hahaha

Polynesia's strongest branch were the Tongans! The most powerful Tongan warlord was called Ulu Kalala (literally means,'Nappy hair' or Fijian hair). Thats his name! Polynesian? Nah!!

You can go on and on, but you can't deny the Fijian gene in your pilipino blood. Be thankful it made you what you are today! thank me! Hurry up, thank me

I see that dealing with stone aged minds takes infinite patience but I shall rise to the challenge. What you fail to understand is that if mankind began in Africa then it's AFRICANS that have made it possible for all others to be where they are today. The Australian aboriginals,Tongans,Fijians,an d Papua New Guineans all also manged to navigate the Pacific and all did so THOUSANDS of years before Polynesians.

As for art vs simple brute strength the two are incomparable for the simple fact that art is immortal and brute strength/height is as short lived as the person who has it. And not even as long as that because as that person gets older these things dwindle. So wake up and realize that in a world that is NOT still in the stone age, stone aged attributes are not considered important in the long run.

Aww did I make you mad again? Africa has like...100 MILLION times the amount of people you have on those tiny islands so of course theres going to be much MUCH more situations affecting them depending on where you go. You like to mention these things to me even tho I'm not African but are fast to say you're not Samoan when I mention that they were slaves to blacks. Double standard I see. Oh well, you are after all a stone aged mind.

cant post to every post.. But i will to the two village idiots.. Short verison.. Samoans chase samoans out of samoa.. To the 4bidden islands.. Tonga samoans invade samoans.. Make slaves.. Tattoo was used to mark a samoan from a slave.. Years later samoans regroup and chase the tongan samoans back to samoa.. By then the intermixing with fiji got so bad.. Truce between islands through marriage bonds..

But in every black run country yes.. Skin bleaching, plastic surgery.. Tanning.. Etc.. Again nothing to show samoans erasing a feature they dont like.. Why u fellas lose
