Dumb thread but Samoa would win hands down. Barring any outside help, Samoa has more resources, money, and manpower. Ferocity level and hand to hand combat skills all go to Samoa's advantage. We also have attack dogs and horses to ride into battle with, something that Tonga doesnt have due to over-consumption ....lol
