Why do Russians hate everyone? And why does everyone hate Russians?

Especially those nations that had to deal with them? It seems the ONLY people who could ever like Russians are those people who are far enough from Russia not to know what Russians are really like.

It's an easy solution the nations who believe Russians are so rotten shouldn't deal with them but they all need something from Russia to function. Nothing is free in this world except for affirmative action and welfare in the US. Again, I haven't heard of anyone hating Russians in the San Francisco Bay Area or in that case throughout California except for those who claim victimization to get their families to the US and on the American dole, the educated and red necks.
