Your premise about Polish people is false and you are filled with Anti-Polish hatred because you worship a certain oversized bully nation with NINE TIME zones of territory, that feels it doesn't have enough territory as it is and has the "right" to seize even more territory from its neighbors like Ukraine. That's just crazy.

Polish people inside and outside America have helped the world. Polish American generals Pulaski and Kosciuszko helped liberate America from British imperialism..... and the Polish Pope John Paul II who is on his way to becoming a Saint........ liberated Central/Eastern Europe from Soviet Russian aggression/imperialism.

Russia could have been a great Slavic nation and looked up to by other Slavic nations, if it didn't decide to bully its fellow brother Slavic nations like Ukraine.

This is true and you can always define a nation by the enemies it had/has.

The fact that Poland has always been the enemy of lunatic dictators & psychopath destructive bully nations, shows Poland has been on the side of humanity.

Exactly and it will take years for Russia to get back in good graces with its neighborhoods and the world. Russian citizens will not be supporting Putin at the polls this next election, he has shot himself in the foot, will probably turn that into a bear story as well.

Unfortunately Putin has an iron grip on the Russia media and a system which allows multiple voting, so he's certain to win the next election.

And even if the US and European foreign ministers supported and visited the Euromaidan movement....so what? The Euromaidan people were mostly ethnic Ukrainians who were SEEKING Western help.
How can you blame ethnic Ukrainians for seeking Western help, when they have seen they have nothing to show for themselves being close to Moscow for hundreds of years? How has the Ukrainian standard of living gone up during and after the days of the Soviet Union? Its been 24 years since the fall of the Soviet Union and nevertheless Ukraine has still been fairly close to Russia......yet there has been no improvement of Ukrainian standard of living. So GOD FORBID the Ukrainians now want to try something different and get a little closer to the West. That's no sin or crime.
How can you blame Russian-speaking Ukrainians and Russians in Ukraine when they are threatened by Nazi thugs chanting slogans "Hang a Moscal" or "Stub Moscals"?

Do you know that in Russia and neighbouring Belarus living standards are much higher than in Ukraine? Belarus has been closely cooperating with Russia. It has 6500$ GDP per capita. Ukraine has 3800$

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-Soviet_stat...

Ukraine was richer as a part of the USSR than now. By 2011, Ukraine had failed to reach 1991 GDP. So, Russia's "exploitation and colonialism" is a myth.

Joining the EU cannot automatically enrich the country. Ukraine will never become a Germany or a France. Ukraine is more like to become a Greece or a Bulgaria. The worst is yet to come for Ukraine

A lot of factories in Eastern and Central Ukraine work in close cooperation with Russia. If they are closed, unemployment will multiply. It will turn Ukraine into a Tajikistan or a Moldova. A state that export work-force for the EU

That is part of the problem, Russia has used Ukraine to supply Russia with the products from the factories and the farms. Ukraine will do very well once Russia is replaced with a cash customer in the EU that will pay the going rate for products. These factories and manufacturing entities will NOT close as they are a going concern, even the heavy weapon division that used to have Russia as it sole customer can now export to the EU and the world for going rate, they are the 4th largest manufacturer of heavy artilliary.

Russia has a responsibility to protect the rights of Russian-speaking Ukrainians and Russians in Ukraine when the junta and its Western masters in Kiev fails to do.

I saw a video of the Russian citizens protesting the stranglehold Putin has on the media and they were very vocal. The protesting started when the University professor was fired for visiting the US. I think it will change but not any time soon.

Totally not true. If Ukraine was killing and imprisoning innocent people then Russia has a right to work with other world leaders in stopping the genocide. Just because someone says they speak Russian is not a reason to invade, or if they are of Russian descent . If these people feel they are being mistreated by a language issue that is what parliaments are for and a democracy, unlike Yanukovich, these same people have a right now to present their case to government. its interesting that the problems East Ukraine had started under their own nominee, Yanukovich, a Russian. Now they protest for his return. The door is always open for the proRussian, Russian descent or Russian speaking to move to Russia for comfort if they do not want to go through the proper channels, the same as EVERYONE else in the minority.

Instead of calling names, why don't you fault his argument? As it is, it's You who adopts to totalitarian propaganda methods while Sikorski presents a lucid, logical and emphatic commentary against the brutalization of a whole country its desire to destroy corruption and more closer to the EU.

There is no language issue in Ukraine, most TV programs are in Russian and try finding a Ukrainian language publication at a news stand in Kyiv. Russian speakers have it better than Ukrainian speakers.

in 1776 Poland still existed as a country you nimrod. LOL

It is not until 1795 that Poland disappeared as a country in the final partition of Poland.

Poles of course still existed despite later Russian, Austrian & German territory claims.

You sound like a moron as usual.

Look at Serbs their country didn't exist for over 300 years due to Ottoman Turks!

Serbs still existed as the Serbian ethnicity.

Why do you pretend to be a Serb!?

Serbia was Independent country at the time when Poland was divided between Austro Hungary Russia and Germany

Serbia was also 1st country in the Balkans free of Ottoman Turkish filth

Otherwise i have nothing against you your country and nation

No, there is already a surplus of food in the EU, so we don't need Ukraine's products to add to that.

As for industrial goods, Ukraine has nothing to offer at the EU standards.

The EU doesn't need Ukraine. Ukraine would bring more problems than anything else.
Just think at migration problems if millions of Ukrainians come to seek jobs in Germany, France, UK, etc...

US politicians don't care about the problems Ukraine will bring to the EU; all they care is irritating Russia for their own benefit.
