IF there is abundant evidence and Estonian authorities are not willing, then all such cases can be raised in European courts or in the USA. Since Estonia is part of Interpol and Europol, then those countries where the court resides just have to submit a request and Estonia has to deliver requested persons to be trialed.

Since none of that has happened, then it seems that the evidence and will is lacking in Europe and USA as well.

As they should be since their army's invasion precipitated decades of horror and more crimes against humanity to the indigenous people than the Nazis did. Don't take me wrong, Nazis that committed crimes against humanity should be punished in the same way as Soviets who committed such acts.

You are very, very, very naive if you believe in that Interpol stuff. Countries do not have to agree to extradition, and furthermore many countries refute the charges as 'unsufficient'.

What is all this about Baltic Nazis? Both German and Russian forces occupied. The people there had little say in the matter.

The funny thing is all the links I see are Jewish and to attack the Zionists or international Jewry does not help the official Estonian not-Nazi line but is the way Nazis talk.
So you blame Russia for the holocaust?

So much for your theory genocide is unknown in the Baltics. It sounds to me the Estonian "bear" roared quite loudly in the 1940s.
Agreed?

What are you on? What links of mine are you talking about? Ribovych is the one who listed the majority of the links. I blame Soviet Russia not for the Holocaust but for the crimes against humanity they committed to indigenous civilians in non Russian Republics they occupied before, during and after WWII.

They may well be "criminals", but no more than most of the Kremlin. In any case they cannot be returned to Russia as, according to international asylum rules, they cannot be returned to a country where there is no chance of a fair trial and there is a the likelihood that they could be mistreated.

Well we also suppose that Bin Laden is a victim of Imperialists.
And he has asylum in Russia.

That's quite possible. Russia seems to be the hiding place for most of the world's scum - you included.

It's not for you to decide who is criminal in Russia. Russia has courts of law, just like Britain.

If Russia has to accept that assylum rules prohibit Britain to extradite criminals back to Russia, then Britain should consider that the Russian constitution forbids it to deliver one of its nationals to a foreign country to answer charges.
And stupid Brown should stop sulking like a child that has lost his lollipop!!

Maybe it's about time these assylum rules were examined in details, and see who is legitimately entitled to protection from persecution, and who just wants to escape justice where he comes from!!!

What's good for the goose, is good for the gander, they say...
