The Russian gay population is in the same situation that gay people here were in until recently: stereotyped in the public propaganda as being all like our version of hetero lowlifes; lowlifes whose antics were used throughout the latter half of the 20th Century as the rationale for oppression.

We see the results of this stereotyping on these boards every day.

" the West is evil " .. there you have it in a nutshell .. Most everything done over here is to them bad , sinful and to be repudiated .. The old resentment surfaces ; and this gay propaganda bit is just an excuse to get back at us for not bringing oppression right out in the open and making an effort ( at least ) to deserve the term " civilized " . All races are equally detestable .. but the Russians are determined to prove they deserve first prize .

Is Armenia getting bad?

A couple of years ago, a gay nightclub in Armenia was firebombed, and the guy who did it received no sentence at his trial.

100% political action turning the peoples emotion on a clearly identified minority target. In the meanwhile the FSB and billionaires rob Russia blind. A strategic diversion, distraction from locking up opposition leaders, rock bands, and corruption scandals. Exactly what Hitler did in Nazi land, turn the people on minorities raise nationalism and if any one says hey this is wrong... call him a fag and destroy him... maybe steal his assets and money first as is the FSB tradition. Really funny picture of a Putin head shot going around he has a nice rainbow hitler moustache on... fits him well and my ribs still hurt from laughing at it!!

Coca Cola is the main sponsor of the fascist olympics in russia. It is a huge multi-national corporation worth more money than putin has in his treasury. Instead of russian vodka, we should be pouring Coke down the sewer. Then they'd take notice. Start quoting John Belushi, "No Coke, Pepsi!"

And you'll note, the main trouble makers are the members of the filthy disgusting CHURCH. The only part of Communism that made any sense was the disgust of religion.

Brutality is the RuSSian way.
RuSSia did not become the largest nation in the world because its civilized and cared about what other nations thought of it since it was stealing the territory of those lands.

There is a RuSSian psycho named "sunshine" making threats to Polish people on the Poland forum because some Poles have the "nerve" to disagree with her Russia.
This is the RuSSian way. If you disagree with RuSSia it will try to hurt you with physical brutality or with words.

russia has zero moral credibility. Remember this is a country that murdered 66 million people between 1917 and 1954! putin was an active participant in the murder machine!

I think they feared the church, it yields mighty power. The flocks of sheep donate many riches. Now Putin has the puppet church strangling surrounding countries to kiss Moscows hand of religious direction. communist didnt destroy the churches for fear of uprisings, putting toxic chemicals and fertilizers in them made a balanced chess move to appease the leaders and not cross the line that causes revolt.
