Does Mr. Putin agree with this statement?

The Boston Bombing American/Russian cooperation.

Problem is Mr. Putin the US doesn't want to share thier sources. So this would never work as a coordinated effort between the two countries. In sharing their inteligence your people would read very quickly the layers and overlaps the cloak the dagger of their operations and their methods. This, they surely understand.
Conversely, your assets would be compromised who have multi purpose roles in your espionage. This, you surely understand.
As the world is more and more becoming aware of the methodology of "Order out of Chaos' in its final equation simply it is the creation of chaos by agent procovatuer and agencies such as NGO's who forment the crisis events bringing about internal chaos in order to bring in a new world order , readily available puppets propped up to do the wests bidding giving the collapsed nation a sense of continuety amid the ruble of their destruction. Libya, and now Syria examples.

Seth Ackerman wrote this piece in 2001 after the September 11 attacks, contrasting U.S. media reaction to Chechnya-linked terrorism in Russia to the way they discussed terrorism closer to home.

So sometimes Chechens are freedom fighter sometimes terrorists...like how McCain is currently bitching about the need for the US to create a safe zone for the Syrian rebels who are today freedom fighters
