I have tried calling Spirit Airlines reservations for almost 3 weeks! After continuosly finding a busy signal, I finally got through and was put on hold. I hung up after a one hour hold! I knew the line was never going to be picked up, but I wanted to log it and prove just how bad their customer service is. They used to send e-mails with discounts that worked. Now I get e-mails with discounts and when I go in to the site to book, the discounts are not available. I could not imagine purchasing a ticket with a company that cannot answer a phone, return an e-mail, or follow through on their ads. Completely dissapointed!

I have had the same BAD experience w/spirit.NO ONE ANSWERS..I was on hold forever also.I pay for the $9 club specials and can't even access them when they show up. Shame on you spirit. Shame on me if I keep paying !!

Your not alone on the wait time. I was on hold for three hours ( I was at work and placed the phone on speaker). When the girl came on I explained that my seats which were confirmed seats were now not showing up on my itinerary. She said I could purchase seats now. I had two emails confirming the seats I had selected and I was not going to pay for new ones. Your right that they are setting themselves up for a lack of future business. Take a dime from me today and you will lose a dollar in the long run.
