Raul is on borrowed time, I doubt more than a years time and than the self serving, corrupt Castro regime will be replaced by the self serving, corrupt Miami regime.

Difference is that it will not be nearly as abusive and that is only because of USA but it will be as politically corrupt and as badly run, hell just look at Miami-dade and Hialeah.

The Miami politicos which will run Cuba will "borrow" hundreds of millions if not billions of USA dollars to repair the infastructure,etc and much of it will be stolen just as it is here.
