TOPIX does not ban or suspend posters as far as I know. There are no moderators or administrators that I have seen and I have been around here for years.

"He" is just taking a break, focusing on work and his family.

...and you're right, "he" too needs to get banned/suspended.

...and this "alleged break", especially since Pam's legal claims...(highly questionable, if you ask me).

Can't he chew and walk at the same time?

ROTFLMAO

(focus, work and family???)...come on (stop the leg pulling).

Topix does ban posters. If you have an account they can and often do ban your account. That only means you can no longer post to the forums with that account. It doesn't mean you can't make another one.
If you do not have an account but are found very abusive Topix can and does disallow your isp to post. Doesn;t mean you canl;t come in with a roaming isp, as many do.
But most certainly topix does ban posters.
As for mods, they do exist. But they have many forums to take care of and do not actually sit and moderate all posts in a forum. They will read complaints issued in the Feedback at the bottom the the threads and if many are complaining they will remove posts, threads or the offensive poster.
Normally it takes Topix warning a poster first, then once more and the third time you are eliminated.
If people do not make use of the Feedback feature the mods have no idea there is a problem.

As for questionable, all one has to do is go back and look at what I posted to see if it is questionable or not.Especially since I posted the name of my lawyer and his address and how to address him if need be.
He is real.

A lawyer will take your money but that doesn't mean your so called case will amount to a hill of 'Cuba libres'.

Perhaps your money would have been better spent on therapy.

He has been busy, He and I are starting a new business together. Calle ocho "Cuba libre" signs where numbers are attached with velcro that can be changed every year.

For example a sign can say "Castro destruyendo a cuba por 54 aņos" and than the next year ,you can change the 4 to 5 and so on and so on.

We are also running a line of guayaberas with catchy phrases such as 'Patria o Miami'.

We are confident of our ideas and product.

Of course you're serious, Pam.

I never doubt your messages.

What I find highly questionable is his disappearance precisely after you filed a complaint.

That Gitano fella and TPMP , both claim to look Italian , both from NY , both laughed at the same video of the black man attacking his wife.

Think about it . Coincidence ? I think not .

Gitano is an American of Cuban roots.

I thought of what you posted (before); the guy lives near my sister, in Doral, Dade County, Fla.

He knows way too many specific details to be fake.

Didn't see the video you're referring to.

In fact, I don't look at any videos or anything (for that matter) posted by TPMP.

Gitano was actually born in Cuba but he understands how no one on line would believe it .
Keep in mind he was raised in NY .
He never actually followed nor cared about Miami/Cuba politics till he arrived in Miami and was staggered by the Cuban political corruption and how much they soak the USA tax payer for while screaming about non Cubans.

From what my source tells me he wrote the top ten reasons " Que sabes que tu vecino es un miami cubano" and a short skit called "Que pasa calle ocho" which is a spoof on "Que pasa USA" .

BOTH are vicious mocks on the hypocrites but also very funny and well done .

He was ready to do the top ten reasons " Que sabes que tu vecino es un miami cubano" but the paper said they were to nervous to print it and he had to tone down the top 3, he refused and is now trying with a non Miami paper.

My whole family has lived under these Miami Cubans, in a place with so much potential due to climate yet we have seen it ranked as second worse run city due to these banana people with the corrupt politicians .

I too will be ordering from their clothing line and I am particularly interested in the line of beach attire which shows a picture of Diaz Balart and ileana lehtinen voting to cut VA benefits while INCREASING assorted Miami based Cuba libre funds".

Lol, yes indeed there is a whole world going on in those clothes.

A lawyer will take yout money? Not mine. He wiorks on whether or not he will win the case. If he doesn;t feel it is strong enough he won;t do it and if he does all the footwork and still doesn't see that he will win, he drop's the case and eats whatever he is out.
This is why I chose him.
I will not be out one penny.
I just had excellent results in my last case using him.
He even paid for the private investigator.

He has so many a new one wouldn't be surprising.

Now you are sounding like a TPMP clone. Same words. If you are indeed that faker, then I am done with you. Talk to me through Mr Floyd.
